Good morning, State College.

WPSU, a longtime public media staple in our community, plans to partner with WHYY to preserve local news, education and cultural programming after Penn State ends its funding.

Local supporters are encouraged to back the plan to secure a stable future.

Penn State wrestling defeated North Dakota State 46–0 to tie NCAA Division I records with 76 consecutive dual meet wins (Oklahoma State set the record) as the team dominated with pins and tech falls across weight classes.

On Dec. 20, Penn State wrestlers broke a 74-year record by winning their 77th dual meet with a 42-0 victory over Stanford.

The achievement set a new NCAA Division I streak (previously held by Oklahoma State) and fills local pride.
