- ➤ Penn State announced the 2026 Land Grant Startup Launch Competition — a collaboration between Smeal College of Business and the College of Agricultural Sciences that supports early-stage startups in sustainable food and agriculture. The competition offers a $50,000 investment and accepts applications from December 1 until February 1. Penn State
- ➤ Bailey Allison, an advertising and public relations major, will serve as student marshal for fall commencement at the Bryce Jordan Center on Dec. 21 and will soon begin a job as a sales associate with a company that sells steel—her varied college experiences prepared her for the role.
