- ➤ College football player Pierce Petersohn changed his college plan from Penn State to Virginia Tech because coaching changes after James Franklin's firing led him to reopen his search. He is the third player to change his plan today, joining Roseby Lubintus and Marlen Bright. Onward State
- ➤ Penn State women’s volleyball is fighting for an NCAA tournament spot and will play No. 1 Nebraska today and Iowa on November 29—aiming to secure their 45th straight postseason appearance with an underdog mindset. - ➤ Three former Penn State recruits—Messiah Mickens, Roseby Lubintus and Marlen Bright—flipped their commitments to join Virginia Tech after coach James Franklin was hired, with Mickens committing on November 25 and the others on November 27 following visits to Blacksburg. Daily Collegian
- ➤ No. 4 Penn State women’s hockey will open its two-game road series against No. 7 Northeastern today in Boston at 3:30 p.m.—a second game is set for Saturday at 2 p.m. in Gloucester.
