- ➤ Penn State Global will host its annual Education Abroad Fair on Oct. 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Alumni Hall + HUB-Robeson Center at University Park, where students can learn about study abroad programs in over 55 countries and have a chance to win one of five $500 scholarships. Penn State
