- ➤ The Emporium at State Burger Co. opened Saturday after four months of renovations by owners Dustin Smith and Sean Burke, offering nostalgic candies, craft sodas, freshly baked desserts and vintage items in downtown Bellefonte. The store now serves as the new entrance and waiting area for the restaurant — easing congestion for diners — with early pastry and coffee service planned in the coming weeks. StateCollege.com
