- ➤ A man accused of DUI led police on a 9-mile high-speed chase Tuesday morning when he sped in a 45 mph zone on Benner Pike, ignored stop signs, and refused commands until he was tasered and arrested with charges for fleeing, DUI, and 19 summary offenses—his preliminary hearing is set for May 21. - ➤ Penn State leaders talked about a leak from the Philadelphia Inquirer that showed plans to close seven satellite campuses—including DuBois, Fayette, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre, and York—with closures coming after the 2026—27 school year.
