- ➤ Transportation Services announced free parking details for Penn State commencement ceremonies at University Park from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10, with lots available for Bryce Jordan Center, Pegula Ice Arena, and Eisenhower Auditorium — drivers should follow GPS instructions and traffic guidelines. - ➤ A team of Penn State students from the Stuckeman School and Nese College of Nursing tied for first place in the International Intergenerational Community Design Competition, winning recognition for a design focused on natural social interaction at Sidney Friedman Park. Penn State
- ➤ Evelyn Morath, an eighth grade student from the State College Area School District, won the sixth-to-eighth grade category in WPSU's annual Poetry Writing Contest held this April, with over 200 students from 40 districts participating + winners selected by Penn State staff and community volunteers.
