- ➤ State College Police are searching for Stephen Shimmel, a 46-year-old man last seen Sunday evening, April 13 in State College—he is described as 5-foot-4 and heavy-set with blue eyes, blond/gray hair, a long beard, and was wearing a brown coat while carrying a portable oxygen tank.
