- ➤ More than 40 dogs rescued from a Spring Township home for their abuse are showing signs of recovery at PAWS Animal Shelter, where efforts include spaying, neutering + microchipping and Centre County Commissioners donated $1000 to support their care while officials continue investigating charges.
