- ➤ Today, the Student Farm at Penn State hosts a gardening event at the HUB-Robeson Center from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday brings a free Penn State baseball game against Pitt at Medlar Field at 5:30 p.m.; later, Wednesday offers yoga at Palmer Art Museum from 12 to 1 p.m., a wet weather biking workshop at the Bike Den from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m., and a Cirque du Soleil Dralion opening at Bryce Jordan Center while Thursday features the musical Dear Evan Hansen at Eisenhower Auditorium, a Cirque du Soleil Ovo show running through Sunday, and Saturday holds the Penn State Powwow at C3 Sports Complex to celebrate Indigenous culture. - ➤ This past weekend, Penn State wrestling clinched its 13th national title at the Wells Fargo Center— all 10 wrestlers earned All-American honors for the first time in program history. The team also broke its NCAA Championships scoring record and saw Carter Starocci and Mitchell Mesenbrink win individual NCAA titles. Onward State
- ➤ Penn State softball dropped its series to Indiana 2-1 this past weekend as Maddie Gordon homered twice—including a grand slam—in the Nittany Lions’ only win, dropping them below .500 overall and in conference play. The team will head to Atlanta next for nonconference matchups, starting with Oklahoma State at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29. Onward State
- ➤ Penn State was shut out on Friday against Michigan State but scored 11 runs in Saturday's middle innings to win 11-5. Coach Mike Gambino credited the comeback to timely scoring and strong pitching from Mason Horwat and Anthony Steele — improving the team’s record to 16-6. Daily Collegian
- ➤ Penn State men’s hockey will face Maine in the NCAA Tournament Regionals on Friday, March 28 at 8:30 p.m. at the PPL Center in Allentown—this game is the team’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2023 and if they win, they will play the winner of the Uconn-Quinnipiac game on Sunday before advancing to the Frozen Four. - ➤ Penn State men's hockey will face the Maine Black Bears at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the Allentown Regional Semifinals of the NCAA Tournament. Maine, coming off a 5-2 win over UConn in the Hockey East championship, will move on to St. Louis for the Frozen Four if it wins. Daily Collegian
