- ➤ In Columbus, Ohio, Penn State men’s hockey lost in overtime with a score (4 to 3) to the Buckeyes in the Big Ten semifinals, ending their tournament run. The team will return home to await its placement in the NCAA Tournament bracket. Daily Collegian
- ➤ Penn State baseball beat Northwestern 10-7 in game one of a doubleheader on Saturday after weather moved Sunday's game; the team rallied with big plays in the middle innings. Penn State will play St. Bonaventure at home on Tuesday—first pitch starts at 5:30 p.m. Daily Collegian
- ➤ State College and Cumberland Valley girls swim teams took part in the final-day preliminaries at Bucknell University's Kinney Natatorium on March 15th—each team aimed to win multiple state medals in the PIAA Class 3A swim championships. PennLive
