- ➤ Accomplished poet Danielle Rye will offer a reading and Q&A session at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 19 in 102 Burrowes Building (Grucci Room) on the Penn State campus. Hosted by the Creative Writing Program in English, the event will showcase her latest work. Penn State

- ➤ Kyle Sebelin, a Penn State Paterno Fellow majoring in history and sociology, credits his professors and campus leadership roles with shaping his plan to attend Drexel Law School for a future legal career. He continues to serve his community and aims to give back through scholarship support. Penn State
- ➤ Counseling and Psychological Services partnered with the School of Visual Arts to replace old stock images with 10 student artworks, including 'Special Recipe' by Zennia Gao, at its offices. The project began in Oct. 2025 and finished in Jan. 2026, creating a calming, welcoming space for visitors & students. Penn State

- ➤ Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi testified before the House Appropriations Committee on March 11 about public funding helping to keep tuition low and support programs that train future workers in our community. Penn State

- ➤ Penn State softball beat Oregon State 3-1 on Thursday thanks to key defensive errors and timely hitting that snapped a two-game losing streak. The team will face Oregon in its first Big Ten match on Friday, Mar. 13 — 9 p.m. eastern time. Onward State
- ➤ Penn State football released jersey numbers for new transfers, freshmen, and returning players on the team roster. The update, posted on the team website, assigns numbers to key players for the 2026 season (including starting running back Carson Hansen) and follows head coach Matt Campbell’s recent hiring.
