- ➤ Former Penn State defensive end Cortez Harris transferred to Virginia Tech on Sunday, saying he has four years of eligibility left. He played in two games for Penn State and becomes the latest of six players (recruited by James Franklin) to join Virginia Tech. Onward State
- ➤ Penn State has hired Savon Huggins as its running backs coach following his success at Boston College. He brings power-conference experience (having coached at UMass, Buffalo and with the Miami Dolphins) to improve the Nittany Lions' rushing attack. Daily Collegian
- ➤ Jeremiah Cooper, a defensive back from Iowa State, has transferred to join Penn State. He played four seasons, earned first-team All-Big 12 honors in 2023, and switched from safety to cornerback for 2025, marking a fresh start after a season-ending knee injury. Daily Collegian
- ➤ Two Penn State offensive linemen have chosen new transfer destinations, with Michael Troutman III committing to Virginia Tech and retaining four years of eligibility (redshirted this season) while J'Ven Williams now goes to UNC Charlotte after playing three games last season. Daily Collegian

- ➤ The Reckoning PSU club energizes local wrestling meets at Rec Hall by leading cheers, organizing giveaways, and engaging fans. - ➤ Former Penn State football tight end Andrew Olesh transferred to Oregon after he did not play in 2025. The Center Valley native (top-ranked in his class) will have four years of eligibility to compete at his new school. Onward State
- ➤ Former Penn State football defensive end Mylachi Williams transferred to Virginia Tech after playing five games in 2025 following his redshirt year (he now has three years of eligibility and is the third defensive end to join the Hokies). Onward State
- ➤ Former Penn State tight end Luke Reynolds — a junior in 2026 who played every game in his first two seasons — has transferred to Virginia Tech where he will join former head coach James Franklin and offensive coordinator Ty Howle. - ➤ Penn State’s women’s basketball lost 92-76 to Illinois at Bryce Jordan Center on Sunday afternoon — the Lady Lions will meet Ohio State in Columbus on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Onward State
